A 55-year-old driver slipped into a diabetic crisis behind the wheel, lost control of his car and ended up in what witnesses described as an almost theatrical crash.
Remarkably, he was the only person injured. His injuries were minor and he did not need hospital treatment, which may be the only fortunate element in an otherwise unsettling incident.
