A round of applause for the bus driver: haven't seen such a spectacular performance in ages
Picture this: you're sitting behind the wheel of your Kia, mind at ease, road flowing smoothly – and then, as if he’s just fallen out of a malfunctioning helicopter, a city bus materializes beside you, piloted by what can only be described as a traffic anarchist.
First, he decides that turn signals are an unnecessary extravagance, something only the weak and uninspired would ever bother with. Instead, he embarks on a slow, deliberate lane change, treating traffic laws as if they were mere suggestions. In the process, he unceremoniously shoves an innocent Kia driver onto the shoulder, much like an unsuspecting neighbour’s dog who has accidentally wandered into a backyard barbecue. And was there a reason for this? No! No emergency, no fire, no divine intervention – just because.
And if that weren’t enough, he then executes a completely pointless overtaking maneuver, as though he were rushing to save the world, or at the very least, shave two minutes off the end of his shift. And for the grand finale, he crosses a solid line – this time with a turn signal, which, of course, is about as useful as fitting LED lights onto a parachute after landing.
