Grandma’s Second Birthday – When Two Geniuses Cross Paths
This time we can truly be grateful for luck and perhaps a few guardian angels, that it did not end with ambulance sirens and flashing blue lights. A fraction of a second later and the outcome could have been very different.
First, the driver — likely someone whose life philosophy is “foot to the floor, and brake when something gets in the way.” If you see others stopped, it usually hints that something… let’s say… noteworthy lies ahead. But no, apparently that is the perfect moment to accelerate.
Then, the pedestrian — a true member of the street samurai elite. To them, crosswalks are for the weak, red lights are merely polite suggestions, and the golden rule of crossing is simple: eyes dead ahead, cap pulled low, and a stride as straight as a parade march. What happens around them? Not worth noticing — that would just be boring.
