Kia EV9 GT Arrives in Europe Next Year

The Kia EV9 GT is set to launch in Europe in 2025. As Kia’s most powerful SUV to date, the EV9 GT features a dual-motor powertrain delivering an impressive 508 horsepower. This all-wheel-drive electric vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds and boasts a range of over 450 kilometers on a single charge. Advanced features include electronically controlled suspension (ECS) and a Road Preview System that analyzes road conditions and detects obstacles such as potholes.

The EV9 GT stands out with its unique exterior and interior design elements. Neon green accents on the steering wheel and sporty seats, along with exclusive 21-inch alloy wheels, underscore its dynamic character. Neon green is also featured on the large front brake calipers, emphasizing the vehicle's sporty persona. The GT-exclusive interior includes Alcantara seat covers, neon green details, and a GT logo.

Driving modes include Normal, Eco, Sport, Terrain, and an exclusive GT mode. Additionally, the Snow mode ensures safe driving on slippery roads by evenly distributing torque across all four wheels.

The EV9 GT supports 800-volt fast charging, allowing the 99.8 kWh battery to charge from 10% to 80% in just 24 minutes.

The Kia Connect app offers remote control features such as pre-conditioning the climate system and battery preheating. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto provide wireless connectivity, enabling seamless smartphone integration.

With three rows of seats, the EV9 GT accommodates up to seven passengers and has a towing capacity of up to 2,500 kilograms.
