At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Honda introduced two new prototypes – the Honda 0 Saloon and Honda 0 SUV – set to launch globally starting in 2026. Alongside these models, Honda also revealed its new vehicle operating system, ASIMO OS, designed for the brand’s entire range of electric vehicles.

The Honda 0 Saloon, built on a newly developed EV architecture, stands out with its low-profile design and sporty aesthetics. Its spacious interior and advanced technologies, including Level 3 automated driving capabilities and the ASIMO OS, aim to deliver a personalized and seamless user experience. The model will first debut in North America before expanding to markets in Japan and Europe.

The Honda 0 SUV, inspired by the Space-Hub concept, offers a roomy cabin with flexible interior configurations. Drawing on Honda’s robotics expertise, the SUV features precision stabilization control and 3D gyro sensors to enhance handling across various road surfaces. It will be available in North America in the first half of 2026, with global rollouts to follow.

ASIMO OS serves as the core technology for the Honda 0 Series, enabling over-the-air (OTA) updates and integrating systems for automated driving and infotainment. The system is powered by Honda’s AI, developed to support autonomous functionality and a human-centered approach to mobility.

Level 3 automated driving expands the scope of autonomous vehicle capabilities, starting with "eyes-off" functionality for highway traffic congestion and setting the stage for further advancements in autonomous mobility.
