Fatal Collision Between Truck and Fuel Tanker Claims One Life
A horrific traffic accident occurred on the 810th kilometer (some reports state 809th km) of the Tyumen–Khanty-Mansiysk federal highway, resulting in the death of a fuel truck driver. According to official reports, a 41-year-old man (born in 1984) driving a MAN truck veered into the oncoming lane for reasons that remain under investigation. He collided head-on with an oncoming KamAZ fuel tanker. The impact was so severe that the fuel ignited instantly, turning the crash site into an inferno and making rescue efforts nearly impossible. The driver of the KamAZ died at the scene from his injuries.
