Electric Scooter Riders Get a Rough Lesson in Road Rules

Electric scooter users often appear oblivious to traffic rules, infuriating everyone around them, causing dangerous situations and at times even colliding with cars, pedestrians or fellow micromobility riders. One recent incident caught on video shows two of them receiving a physical crash course in traffic etiquette. Both survived.
