Slippery road triggers serious crash, lorry plunges off bridge

A serious accident unfolded in Estonia when a lorry broke through a barrier and fell onto the road below, the trailer crashing down with it.
Traffic was first halted in one direction, then stopped entirely. The damaged barrier hung at an angle that left no safe space for other vehicles to pass.
The lorry driver was trapped in the cab after the fall. Rescue crews cut him free and found him conscious and responsive. The trailer was empty.
