Rezvani Beast X packs 1,163 kW and is limited to just five cars

The Beast X takes the current Beast concept to a considerably more extreme level. Rezvani’s detailed specifications for the regular Beast list up to 1,000 hp, or roughly 746 kW, while the Beast X raises output to 1,560 hp.

The powertrain uses an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission and what Rezvani describes as full-time intelligent all-wheel drive. With this level of performance, traction will be crucial to translating the headline output into real acceleration. citeturn975757view0

1,163 kW and 1,735 Nm

At the heart of the Beast X is a bespoke 6.2-litre twin-turbocharged V8 producing 1,560 hp and 1,280 lb-ft of torque — equivalent to approximately 1,163 kW and 1,735 Nm. Rezvani claims the car can accelerate from 0–60 mph in 1.9 seconds. citeturn975757view0

For comparison, the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X combines a 1,064 hp twin-turbocharged 5.5-litre V8 with a 186 hp front-axle electric motor for a combined 1,250 hp, or about 932 kW. Chevrolet has recorded 0–60 mph in 1.68 seconds on a prepared surface. The Beast X therefore has considerably more headline power, but Rezvani has not published its weight or independent performance data. That makes direct comparisons based on acceleration alone difficult.

Carbon-fibre body and magnesium wheels

The Beast X uses a carbon-fibre body and measures 4,818 mm long, 2,177 mm wide and 1,234 mm tall, with a wheelbase of approximately 2,723 mm. citeturn975757view0

It rides on 20 x 10-inch magnesium wheels at the front and 21 x 13-inch wheels at the rear. Tyres measure 275/30 ZR20 up front and 345/25 ZR21 at the rear. citeturn975757view0

Rezvani says the magnesium wheels reduce unsprung mass by 7 lb, or around 3.2 kg, per wheel. Lower unsprung mass can help the suspension control wheel movement more effectively and can benefit steering response, braking and overall chassis behaviour. Power alone does not define a hypercar

Rezvani describes the Beast X as an American hypercar, but several important figures remain undisclosed. The company has not published an official vehicle weight, top speed, quarter-mile time or braking figures on the Beast X specification page. citeturn975757view0

That makes a direct comparison with the Corvette ZR1X more difficult. Chevrolet has already published verified quarter-mile results for the ZR1X, including an 8.675-second run at 159.57 mph on a prepared surface. Even so, 1,163 kW gives the Beast X extraordinary performance potential. The bigger question is how effectively its tyres, all-wheel-drive system, aerodynamics and chassis can deploy that power in real-world conditions and on a circuit.

Only five will be built

Rezvani will build just five Beast Xs worldwide. The company is currently accepting refundable $1,500 reservations for the limited production slots. citeturn975757view0

Rezvani does not list a standalone final retail price on the Beast X model page, so it is safer not to present a single figure as the car’s definitive official starting price.

In Europe, the Beast X will inevitably remain an exotic rarity. A five-car production run means it will not compete in any conventional sense with series-production models from Ferrari, Lamborghini or Porsche.

Its significance lies instead in how far Rezvani has pushed the Beast formula. With 1,163 kW, all-wheel drive and production limited to five cars, the Beast X is one of the most extreme performance machines to emerge from a small American manufacturer. A proper verdict, however, will depend on what it can deliver beyond the specification sheet.
