A motorcyclist complains that a Volkswagen driver pulled out in front of him while leaving a petrol station. And he is right to complain, because that is exactly what happened.
A little further on, though, the video cuts out. From what we can see, he seemed ready enough to start treating the rulebook as optional himself.
