Mercedes-Benz VLE Powers from Stuttgart to Rome on Just Two Quick Charges
Mercedes-Benz has announced that its new electric flagship, the VLE, completed a drive from Stuttgart to Rome with only two 15-minute charging stops.
Equipped with four-wheel steering, the sizable vehicle reportedly handled even the narrow streets of Italy with surprising ease. According to the company, the entire journey took approximately 13 hours, during which the interior temperature was consistently maintained at a comfortable 22 degrees Celsius.
Mercedes-Benz was quick to emphasize the "real-world conditions" of the test: traversing the Alps, cruising along highways, and navigating through congested local roads.
