Lexus Unveils a Bewitching Wicked For Good Karaoke LX in New York
Lexus marked the New York premiere of the film Wicked For Good with a showpiece that looks as if it slipped straight out of Oz. The Wicked For Good Karaoke LX invites fans to sing along and let their inner Glinda or Elphaba take the stage.
The special edition highlights the contrasting personalities of the film’s two leads. Its exterior blends green and pink with gold accents, while the number plate and badges point openly to the Wicked For Good universe. The effect is deliberately theatrical rather than modest.
Inside, the cabin mixes green and pink seat trims with ambient lighting and bespoke floor mats. The centrepiece, however, is the karaoke system. Passengers can grab a microphone and choose from songs made famous by the first film, including The Wizard and I, Popular and Defying Gravity.
Lexus says the goal was to craft an experience instead of a conventional show car. The Wicked For Good Karaoke LX blends luxury and technology with a dash of stagecraft, fitting neatly into the green carpet mood of the film’s premiere.
