The Brabus Crawler, an ultra tough desert buggy based on the Mercedes AMG G 63, has unexpectedly gained a little sibling. The tuning house has opened pre orders for a build it yourself miniature in its online shop, giving fans the chance to assemble the legend with their own hands. The price is 199.9 euros and the finished model deserves its place on the shelf as proudly as the full sized brute on the dunes. It is arguably the friendliest way for Brabus to acknowledge that the real Crawler will remain a dream for most.
The kit follows the familiar logic of Lego style construction, although the final product was developed with BlueBrixx Pro. As a result the box contains 4280 pieces that recreate the Crawler’s bodywork, cabin and even a small engine bay. At that scale the build becomes quietly absorbing. Each click brings the model more convincingly to life.
The miniature features working suspension and a bonnet that opens like the original. The wheels adopt the Monoblock HD look, striking a balance between faithful copy and a touch of pride. A metal plaque with technical data completes the set, a subtle reminder that even a toy can claim a place in the Brabus family tree.
