Audi has given its myAudi app a complete overhaul, turning it into a single, intelligent hub for all of the brand’s digital services. With a new design, an AI-based assistant and a digital key, the app aims to make the driving experience as seamless and personal as using a smartphone.

The refreshed myAudi combines clarity, simplicity and intelligence in a unified ecosystem. Every interface, from the web portal to the in-car display, now speaks the same visual and functional language. The goal, Audi says, is to make interaction between driver and vehicle more natural and intuitive.

At the heart of the update is a new AI-powered assistant developed by Audi and CARIAD using ChatGPT technology. The assistant can answer questions, manage settings and help users navigate both the app and the car’s systems.

The redesigned app also features a new shopping section that recommends digital services and physical accessories tailored to the owner’s specific model. Meanwhile, the digital key allows users to unlock, lock and even start their car directly from a smartphone or smartwatch, leaving the physical key safely at home.

For electric vehicle drivers, myAudi offers tools for scheduling charging sessions and managing the Plug & Charge feature. Users can monitor range, precondition the battery and plan routes with charging stops from the comfort of their home, then send the journey directly to the car.

With its smarter interface and deeper integration, myAudi marks another step in Audi’s push to blend digital convenience with everyday driving — turning the car into an extension of the driver’s connected life.
